Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member for the Green Bay, WI store to help customers shop, answer questions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions while promoting the Rewards program.

Key duties include assisting customers, handling cash per standards, and supporting BOPIS/SFS processes. Flexibility for evenings/weekends may be required in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, and stretching may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and adhere to cash-handling standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
