Job summary

Michaels Stores is hiring for a customer service–focused retail team member at our Copperfield, TX location. You will assist customers, maintain in-stock merchandise, and support checkout operations with accurate cash handling.

You will engage customers in loyalty programs, help with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and uphold store standards through stock and recovery tasks. Flexibility for varied shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, planogram (POGs), truck unload, and merchandise recovery duties.
• Maintain store in-stock status and support shrink and safety programs.
