Job summary

Michaels Stores Copperfield, TX is seeking a friendly in-store team member to assist customers, help them find products, and ensure a quick, welcoming checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery to maintain brand standards.

Typical duties include engaging customers about the Rewards program, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and upholding SOPs in a climate-controlled retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Stock shelves, complete truck unloads and planograms (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
