Job summary

EmployBridge in New Albany, IN is seeking a Bilingual Staff Performance Coordinator for a seasonal assignment. The role supports vendors and client contacts, handles onboarding, payroll, and HR tasks, and requires strong Spanish/English communication.

You will work Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, earn $24-$27 hourly, with a benefits package for full-time colleagues; you will use CRM, Power BI, and attendance software to track performance and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling of employee issues.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects onboarding documents prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges.
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents incidents.
• Coaches associates on attendance policies and performance reviews.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
• Walks candidates through tour of client facility.
• Participates in whiteboard meetings to understand daily goals.
• Conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.

BILINGUAL STAFF PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR - New Albany, IN

SSEASONAL ASSIGNMENT

$24-$27 hourly
Actual compensation is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and business needs.

Mon-Fri 10am-7pm

Your Opportunity as a Staff Performance Coordinator:

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashionli>
• Coordinates resolution of the all workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all parties
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations
• Collects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software)
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program
• Coaches associates on attendance policies, conducts ABC performance reviews, and assigns and ends associate assignments
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance
• Walks candidates through tour of client facility (walking 3 to 5 miles daily)
• Participates in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goals
• Conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks

Your attributes

• Hands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
• Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication
• Data management experience
• HR experience is preferred
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
• Able to multi-task, change priorities as appropriate and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Able to understand client goals and how they measure success
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Practical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office products
• Fluent Spanish/English
