Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring a Coordinator for Ski & Ride School at Keystone Resort, CO for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. The role involves providing administrative support to the Ski & Ride School and Skier Services teams, managing payroll audits, and assisting locations with staffing and reports.

You will work with staff and leadership, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments. The position offers full- and part-time hours in a vibrant mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and workplace communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests, staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a daily administrative resource by supporting staff and leadership, answering questions, handling phones, data entry, email, document tracking, newsletters, staff website, scanning, filing, hardware inventory, tracking, in person locker room presence and communications, office inventory, organization and assistance.
• Daily payroll audits, tracking updates, records updates, corrections.
• Assist Ski & Snowboard School locations including but not limited to Support Staff, Private Lessons, Training, Special Programs, Locker Rooms, Nordic etc with operational needs, including staff resource organization, nametags, reports, epic promise events, resort events and special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
