Job summary

Vail Resorts in Park City, UT is seeking Ski School Support Staff for the 2026/2027 winter season. This role handles daily reservations, guest check-in/out, and supports children's programming and lesson areas outside of instruction.

Positions are winter seasonal with full- and part-time hours; housing is available. Candidates should be ready to work weekends/holidays and pass a background check. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, service-based environment.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with guests and teammates.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Background check clearance will be required.

Responsibilities

• Daily reservation and sales processing on resort operating systems.
• Daily setup and teardown of indoor facilities with emphasis on cleanliness and order.
• Follow health and safety policies for facility cleanliness and risk reduction.
• Maintain a clean, orderly facility to accommodate high guest flow.
• Engage with children through age-appropriate games and activities.
• Wear helmet when skiing/riding or assisting lessons, per policy.
• Model safety standards and contribute to Health and Safety goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
