Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for Ski & Ride School Assistant Manager for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 in Keystone, CO. The role focuses on welcoming guests, managing programs and staff, and ensuring high service quality in ski instruction.

You will supervise teaching areas, coordinate scheduling and staffing, and work with leadership to achieve guest experience goals while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a Ski & Snowboard School.
• Current PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification is required.
• Fluent in English with excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain teaching quality standards for pros.
• Manage staffing levels for daily guest reservations and labor margins.
• Uphold and promote PSIA/AASI standards.
• Provide feedback and evaluations for staff performance.
• Collaborate with Sr. Director, Location Managers and others to meet guest experience targets.
• Handle guest complaints per guidelines and accommodate special requests.
