MINISO USA in Whittier, California is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will help drive sales, manage merchandising, cash handling, and store upkeep while promoting the membership program to foster customer loyalty.

Open to leading by example, you will maintain store appearance, support loss prevention, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales Associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery and cleanliness per safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to all company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude and enthusiasm aligned with MINISO USA's customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
