Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager in daily operations at our Visalia, CA location. You will train associates, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting membership programs to boost loyalty.

The role supports merchandise, cash handling, and store upkeep, with a focus on maintaining standards and a positive, energetic team environment that delivers memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety/compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
