Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service or related experience required.
• Experience working with homeless, behavioral health, addiction recovery, or human services populations preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and NARCAN training preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of resident information and comply with privacy standards.
• Conduct regular safety rounds and monitor for policy violations or safety concerns.
• Assist residents in connecting with Shelterhouse programs and support services.
• Provide emotional support, respectful interaction, and maintain professional boundaries.
• SupportShelterhouse leadership with operational and administrative tasks as needed.
