Job summary

PUMA is hiring a part-time Store Associate in Massachusetts to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will manage daily store operations, assist with payroll control, and communicate merchandise opportunities to leadership.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to learn quickly. Physical requirements include walking/climbing and lifting up to 30 pounds. Base pay is $18.00–$21.00/hour plus benefits and bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs, and retail software.
• The ability to constantly walk and move about is required, including lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in line with Brand Values and service standards.
• Drive store sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expense control, and service.
• Manage payroll to maintain profitability while serving customers.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with all policies, procedures and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant environment.
• Work non-traditional hours: weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
