Michaels is seeking a Customer Service Associate at our Concord, NC store. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions while delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience. You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

The role involves omni-channel support (BOPIS/SFS), enrollment in rewards programs, and adherence to SOPs. Evening/weekend availability and a focus on safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and use a ladder for high shelves.
• Availability for nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout; cash handling to standards
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
• Interact professionally; promote company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
