Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer-focused team member at the Bloomsburg, PA store to help customers find products and provide solutions. You will run a fast, friendly checkout, handle cash to standards, and promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.

You will support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS), assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery while upholding SOPs and safety programs. Able to stand long hours and engage respectfully with customers.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
• Maintain merchandise and stock, manage returns and store recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact positively with customers and teammates
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
