Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a team member for the Dekalb, IL retail floor. You will help customers, guide product searches, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while handling cash to standard.

You will engage customers in rewards programs and support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store. Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, planogram adherence, and maintaining in-stock conditions.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and move around a store for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Stock and merchandise responsibilities, planograms and store recovery.
