Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Norridge, IL is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain store presentation. You will help customers locate products, provide solutions at checkout, and participate in merchandise control and recovery activities across the store.

Responsibilities include truck unloading, stocking, planogram adherence, and cross-training in framing sales.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online with product selection and information.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash or payments.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms (POGs) for in-stock, well-merchandised displays.
• Support store recovery, merchandise returns, and go-backs to ensure store standards.
• Participate in SISO, AD sets, shrink and safety programs as assigned.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
