• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support store recovery, returns, and in-stock appearance.
• Engage in Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
