Job summary

The Michaels Companies in McDonough, GA is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to support store operations during peak seasons. You will help customers, assist with checkout, and participate in unloading trucks and stocking shelves.

The role includes cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, plus engagement with Omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are common.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Must be at least sixteen years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and a fast checkout experience.
• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms.
• Promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Follow SOPs and safety requirements; maintain store recovery.
• Stay positive and set an example for other team members.
