Job summary

Michaels Buckhead is hiring with a focus on friendly customer service and efficient checkout experiences. Team members help customers locate products, enroll in Rewards and Private Label programs, and engage in omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

As a retailer with framing services, associates may cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, contributing to a well-merchandised, in-stock store while adhering to SOPs and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise return/go-back process to ensure in-stock condition
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact positively with customers and teammates
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
