Job summary

Michaels Stores is hiring for a Store Team Member at our ATL-DUNWOODY/PERIMETER, GA location. The role focuses on delivering friendly service, helping customers find products, and ensuring a fast checkout experience.

You will participate in stocking, truck unloading, and merchandising while promoting rewards programs and handling everyday store tasks. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and applicants must be at least sixteen years old.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollment.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes: BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planograms; maintain in-stock store.
