Job summary

Michaels Stores Canton, GA is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to assist shoppers, ring up purchases, and keep the store well-stocked and welcoming.

You’ll help customers find products, enroll them in Rewards and private label cards, support BOPIS/SFS, unload trucks, stock, do planograms, and uphold safety, shrink control, and SOPs while delivering the Michaels brand promise.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store; complete returns/go-backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact respectfully with coworkers and customers; promote Michaels’ vision and values.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
