Michaels is hiring for a Store Associate at ATL-JOHN’S CREEK, GA. You will help customers locate products, deliver friendly service, and ensure a fast checkout with proper cash handling. Engage shoppers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, while assisting with BOPIS and SFS processes.

Role includes stocking, truck unload, planograms, merchandise recovery, and adherence to SOPs. Flexibility for nights/weekends, with a team-focused retail environment and safety compliance.

Competenze

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and private label credit cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go back
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully, promote the organization’s values, and serve as a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
