The Michaels Companies in Fort Oglethorpe, GA is hiring a Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance to support the brand promises.

Join a team that promotes Reward program enrollments and VOC surveys, supports BOPIS/SFS, and participates in safety and shrink programs. Must be 16+ to apply; evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate to heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find items.
• Provide a fast checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock levels; support store policies and safety.
• Promote Rewards program enrollments and Private Label Credit Card offers; collect VOC feedback.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) as needed.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
