Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Georgia is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, stock shelves, and operate in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle truck unloads, fulfill orders, and support omnichannel activities like BOPIS and SFS while promoting rewards programs.

This role emphasizes friendly service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to SOPs. Flexibility for varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
