Job summary

The Michaels Companies, a leading craft retailer, is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member in Moscow, ID. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout with accurate cash handling.

You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms, while maintaining store recovery to keep products in stock and well merchandised. Availability nights, weekends, and early mornings is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support store recovery, merchandise returns, and in-stock optimization (SISO).
• Engage customers on store programs and enrollments (Rewards, Private Label).
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety programs, and company policies.
