Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member for the Meridian, ID location. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You’ll help with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms, while engaging customers in loyalty programs and ensuring in-stock, well-merchandised aisles. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support store recovery, in-stock availability, and return/go back process.
• Follow SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance; project a positive image for the team.
