Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Bend, OR is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Service Team Member to help customers in-store, handle checkout, and support truck unloading and stocking duties. You will assist customers in finding products, participate in store recovery, and engage in omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities include promoting the Michaels Rewards program, processing enrollments, and adhering to safety standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Ensure fast and accurate checkout with cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain planograms (POGs) and store recoveries.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; maintain a clean, well-stocked store.
