Job summary

The Michaels Companies, located in Missoula, MT, is seeking a PT Seasonal Service Team Member. You will help customers find products, ring up sales, unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain store presentation, while supporting frame shop activities as needed.

The role requires standing for long periods and availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop and locate products.
• Process fast and accurate checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, inventory management, and in-store merchandising tasks.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
