Michaels is seeking a customer-focused team member in Moscow, ID to assist shoppers, operate the checkout, and support store operations including stocking and BOPIS/Ship From Store. You will promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments while helping keep the store neat, in-stock, and compliant with SOPs.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and reliable participation in truck unloads, planograms, and safety programs in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with store policies and customer-first service approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and process transactions.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes and maintain stock availability.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep the store well-merchandised.
• Help maintain safety, SOPs, and company policies in daily operations.
