Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program enrollments and private label credit cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram (POGs).
• Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance for a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates; promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
