Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to help deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience. You will support BOPS, returns, order pickups, and related tasks while upholding Macy's service standards.

The role requires multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment with varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll help keep the store welcoming and organized for every customer who walks in.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand policies and safety rules in English.
• Able to make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs.
• Comfortable collaborating with customers and colleagues, and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, engage with warmth and build relationships to support the team.
• Assist with total store fulfillment, including BOPS and pick-up orders.
• Proficiently use systems to complete transactions and organize pickup areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping space for customers.
• Promote loyalty benefits and guide customers through the checkout and pickup process.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve the community.
