Job summary

ALO is hiring a Seasonal Operations Associate in Berkeley, CA. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting peak period operations, including inventory, receiving, replenishment, and visual standards.

This role requires constant movement on the floor and back-of-house areas, with an emphasis on accuracy, speed, and teamwork. Part-time, non-exempt position up to 20 hours per week, with Blackout period coverage during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales or operational roles.
• Must be able to move constantly around store and back of house.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders as needed.
• Proactive in delivering exceptional guest experiences and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to address gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor recovery tasks.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
