ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, product expertise, and personalized service to drive loyalty and team performance.

This is a part-time, non-exempt position with up to 20 hours per week and required availability during the Blackout period through the holidays. The associate will move across the floor, manage inventory, and uphold ALO’s standards daily.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales and operations environment.
• Ability to move constantly throughout the store and back of house.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for an entire shift with ability to climb stairs and reach as needed.

Responsabilités

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipments, receiving, replenishment, and floor recovery.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgeting, expenses, inventory control, and facilities to optimize operations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to serve guests and support the team.
• Ensure inventory flow and product movement throughout the day.
