Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods with exceptional guest service. You will leverage product knowledge and operational rigor to drive loyalty and uphold brand standards.

This role requires constant movement, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including the Blackout period. Join a team focused on delivering memorable experiences and maintaining store excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results and excel with a team

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with emphasis on accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment activities
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Collaborate with teams on budgets, inventory control, and store facilities
• Maintain safe work environment with stockroom standards and processes
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs
• Execute operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management team
• Assist in processing shipments and maintain product flow and merchandising
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and assist customers effectively
• Identify inventory needs and communicate concerns to support goals
• Duties require constant movement and upkeep of store cleanliness and safety
