Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) in Berkeley, CA. You will support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and help drive operational excellence across inventory, aesthetics, and store processes.

Role requires active movement on the sales floor, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and collaboration with the team to meet store goals. Part-time hours, with a Blackout/holiday period work requirement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with a focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and stockroom standards.
