Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Constant movement throughout all store areas.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl and safely climb ladders.
• Stand and move for the full shift.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipments, receiving, replenishment and floor readiness.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams to manage budgets, expenses and vendors.
• Ensure a safe, efficient stockroom and store operations.
• Move dynamically to meet business needs and guest requests.
• Assist in executing company operations directives with the team.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Keep the store clean, safe and inviting.
