Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) in Thousand Oaks, CA. This role supports peak periods by delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities include inventory management, shipment processing, visual merchandising, and floor replenishment. Candidates should have 1+ year of client-facing experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work up to 20 hours per week, including the holiday period.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales or operations environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Part-time availability up to 20 hours/week, including holiday periods.
• Strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain and champion visual standards on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relations.
• Support safe work environment with stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs.
• Assist with company operations directives and initiatives.
• Process shipments and ensure product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
• Use metrics to inform business-driving decisions; resolve client needs promptly.
• Flag inventory concerns to support business goals.
