Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Studio City, CA to support peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. You will execute inventory processes, maintain visual standards, and move dynamically across the sales floor to meet business needs.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product expertise, and teamwork in a busy retail environment, with part-time hours and incentive programs that may boost total compensation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager.
• Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, and replenishment.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs.
