Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Thousand Oaks, CA to support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and uphold the ALO Brand Mission. You will help manage inventory, assist with shipments, floor replenishment, and visual standards while collaborating with the Operations team to drive efficiency.

The role is part-time non-exempt with up to 20 hours weekly during the holiday season; eligibility for Monthly Store Incentive bonuses may increase total compensation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor recovery tasks.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with reporting, budgets, and facilities to optimize operations.
• Promote a safe work environment with solid stockroom practices.
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business needs and guests.
• Assist in implementation of company directives with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Process shipment and ensure product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
• Use metrics to inform business-driving strategies and respond to guest needs.
