Seasonal schedule includes part-time hours with a Blackout period during the holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift; requires constant movement.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with store leadership to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and stockroom standards.
• Maintain strong visual standards and assist in selling floor operations.
• Collaborate with teams to manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relations.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in stockroom operations and guest service.
