Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and brand alignment. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and close collaboration with store leadership to drive performance.

Part-time, non-exempt schedule with up to 20 hours per week during the holiday season; candidates should be able to move throughout the store, lift up to 50 pounds, and deliver outstanding customer service daily.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor updates to ensure product flow
• Maintain and display strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Coordinate with reporting, budgets, and vendors to support operations
• Maintain stockroom standards and safe work environment
• Move dynamically on retail floor to support business needs
• Implement operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management team
• Assist in processing shipments and daily replenishment
• Use business metrics to guide decisions and improve performance
• Resolve guest needs quickly to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor product concerns and communicate inventory needs
