Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and promoting the ALO brand across Retail, Yoga, and Café facets.

Associates work up to 20 hours per week during peak periods, with a blackout period through the holidays. The position offers incentives and a clothing allowance, along with free membership to the ALO Wellness Club.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to turn guests into repeat visitors.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail setting and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales goals by promoting ALO initiatives.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and product recommendations.
• Maintain a welcoming, easy-to-shop store environment.
• Build and nurture customer relationships on a daily basis.
• Analyze reports with leadership to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure proper front and back-of-house operations and merchandising.
