Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling per standards.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to keep in-stock and merchandised.
• Support SISO and AD set duties as assigned.
• Assist shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; maintain professional conduct.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
