Job summary

Michaels in Manassas, VA is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance while upholding store standards and safety.

You’ll also promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and other omnichannel processes.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; perform cash handling to standards
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance; maintain in-stock store
