Michaels is seeking a friendly store associate in New Jersey to assist customers, handle checkout operations, and participate in stocking and merchandising tasks. • Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey."
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG/S) processes.
• Perform merchandise recovery and maintain stock, returns processing, and store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact with customers and team members professionally and be a role model.
