Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience in our Spring Township store. You will help locate products, process transactions, enroll customers in rewards and private label programs, and support omnichannel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS.

You’ll also restock, manage planograms, and uphold store recovery standards. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting, and ability to work nights,

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast checkout experience; handle cash to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram duties
• Complete merchandise recovery and stock upkeep, returns and go backs
• Support SISO and AD set duties as assigned
• Assist shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally and serve as a role model for team members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
