Job summary

Michaels in Secaucus, NJ is hiring a team member to assist customers, help them find products, and keep the store organized. You will ensure a fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling, while promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.

You will also participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and support merchandise recovery. The role requires standing for long periods, ability to unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• U.S. applicants must meet federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with locating products and solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash per standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
