Job summary

Michaels in Wasilla, AK is hiring a Store Team Member to help customers, stock shelves, and operate the checkout. You will engage customers, answer questions, and keep the store welcoming and organized.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, BOPIS/SFS processes, and maintain in-stock conditions. The role includes nights, weekends and early mornings with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and maintain store recovery.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior.
