Job summary

Michaels Anchorage store is seeking team members to maintain cleanliness and help customers in a friendly, efficient manner. You will perform cleaning tasks, assist customers, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include floor care, trash removal, stocking, and supporting omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and ship-from-store. The role requires standing, lifting, and operating in a climate-controlled retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and products for proper cleaning and places products back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment.
• Deep clean key areas of the store including bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways and other high traffic areas.
