Michaels is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate at our Anchorage store to assist shoppers, manage checkout, and support stock and merchandizing tasks. You will engage customers in rewards programs and drive omnichannel initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Promote Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Unloading trucks and stocking; maintain planograms.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote rewards and enroll customers as needed.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and POS duties.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised store.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
