Job summary

Michaels in Kenosha, WI is seeking a friendly Store Team Member to help customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Restock, stock shelves, and maintain planograms
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
